The Peak District

We often go to visit family in the north and so often find ourselves taking the scenic route back to Northampton. On this occasion, the drive through the Peak District was just so beautiful, the autumn colours were so intense we had to pull over to take it all in. I love a good panoramic of a landscape. We found ourselves near Castleton so had a walk around and a coffee (of course) to take in the scenery and take some photos. I need to actually make a trip there in the future instead of just passing through, I’d like to walk up Mam Tor and take my camera, tripod and filters, spend some time up there and get some cracking shots of the sunsetting over the views. I’ll keep you posted when I do……..
